Over the past year, our squad worked diligently to connect all the dots and piece together the future of 211 Virginia. During 211 Virginia Week, we reflected on our journey, investigated what lies ahead, and explored how these transformative updates would strengthen our shared missions – connecting Virginians to the vital resources, support, and services they need.

Just like detectives solving a case, prepare to dig into the new features, discover how the public search works, and uncover the tools designed to better support our community partners. Plus, we’ll highlight the work of the special agents, Connect 211 and Firefli, who helped make it all happen, working behind the scenes to bring this transformation to life.
